After spending over 20 years in Raleigh, NC, I knew it was time to move closer to my parents in Florida while also fulfilling my dream of living near the beach. Visiting them in Flagler Beach during Christmas every year had always been a cherished time.

When my dad passed away suddenly in April 2022, it became clear that the time had come to start planning my move. My mom and four siblings all agreed it would be a blessing to have a family member nearby.

In October 2022, I said goodbye to my 15-year career with Hands on Health and relocated to Florida. Since the move, I’ve worked a few part-time jobs to get familiar with the area and joined several networking groups to become part of the community.

I was honored to launch Paine Massage Therapy at a chiropractic office in November 2023. By July 2024, I was able to relocate to my current space in the beautiful Kress Building in Downtown Daytona Beach.
